Would you like to be part of our success story – where interesting tasks turn into actual projects?

At the FRECON engineering firm we are experiencing an interesting development where we are simultaneously sharpening our strategy, employing new people and acquiring new, interesting customers.

We recently concluded a long-term collaboration agreement with one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers about some extremely interesting development tasks. We also work closely with several companies in the fields of industrial automation, food processing equipment and the medico industry. To this should be added that we have built up competences in CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), which will become one of our focus areas in 2019.

Are you one of the best – and would you like to join us?
We would like you to join us if you are among the best in the industry, have a degree in mechanical engineering and would like to play an active role in our success and exciting development journey.
Combined, our employees have more than 225,000 hours of experience with wind power, which opens many doors, not just to customers in other industries but also for you as a person.

Great solidarity – with room for personal development
Today we are around 30 employees at our three premises in Horsens, Esbjerg and Tommerup with a mixed background in terms of experience, age, gender and education, which we think is of great value to our company. In 2019 we plan to expand and add one more location.

One thing we have in common is that we all want to be part of the FRECON team where we can contribute with our skills while listening and learning from the experience of others.

We look after our employees
We prioritise both professional collaboration and a good social environment. We have many social activities, some of which have professional components. It is also a tradition at FRECON that all employees come to work at the office on Fridays, including staff working as consultants in the field. Our employees find that this strengthens the bonds between colleagues for the benefit of the staff, the company as well as our customers.
