FRECON sets the course for 2020

In 2020, FRECON will continue its efforts to increase the value offer to customers in order to become the safe first choice. This happens through an increased focus on selected competence areas and a high customer and employee satisfaction.

At FRECON, we want to be world champions – also in project management and digitalization. This is stated by CEO Claus Mølgaard Jensen.

”We have identified these two areas together with customer and employee satisfaction as the focal points that will help take us to the next level in our vision about COOL FREEDOM.”

COOL FREEDOM

COOL FREEDOM is the dream and vision of FRECON, which is about creating the freedom to act and decide on your own and to be so cool that you are irresistible.

”It’s cool to be cool,” says Claus Mølgaard Jensen. ”We want to be the first choice of our customers and employees because we deliver the most innovative and coolest products and services in the market.”

Even better at project management

Project management also plays a crucial role in this.

“We collaborate with our customers on more and more projects that are developing in both size and complexity,” says Claus Mølgaard Jensen. “Therefore, we are continuously working on further development of our project execution model and all our processes, as well as strengthening our internal competencies within project management.

In this way, we are both ready to meet our own, customers’ and future requirements and can in the future offer project management with great insight as a service to the market.”

It all starts internally

In the continued development of FRECON and the value offer to the market, it is an important element that customers and employees are satisfied with FRECON. We will therefore focus further on continuous internal learning and thus performance development. This will be combined with internal self-evaluation, which is to ensure continuous progress.

“That’s usually where it all starts,” says Claus Mølgaard Jensen. “Motivated and competent employees who are given responsibility are usually the most satisfied. It also helps to create a high level of customer satisfaction, since much of the daily work is done precisely in the interaction between our employees and the customer.”

Digitalization and simulation are prerequisites

Digital twins, virtual prototypes, simulation and visualization will also become a larger part of FRECON’s collaboration with customer through the coming years.

”It will help convert us into a more integrated, value-adding supplier and at the same time make our cooperation with customers more efficient. That is why we are currently working to set the framework for how we best exploit the opportunities of the future in this area,” Claus Mølgaard Jensen explains and continues:
