A knowledge sharing night in frecon
One Thursday evening in the beginning of October, 30 employees met from FRECON to an internal development event.
“We make these common events for all employees, in where we gather in Horsens, focusing on some academic subjects and expanding the social relations,” says Sales Director Claus Moelgaard Jensen.
This evening, the software supplier NTI visited FRECON to elaborate on the benefit of the Inventor package’s ups and functionality. Inventor is just one of many different software packages for mechanical design, as FRECON supports. Also FRECON’s own Arne was on the podium to tell a little about CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), which is a new strategic focus area in FRECON’s product portfolio. Finally, FRECON’s own Kim and Thomas focused on DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
All in all, there was a great deal of commitment and knowledge sharing – and we are already looking forward to the next time in January.
