GOOOAAAL! Thomas is on the scoreboard for FRECON!

Goaaaal! Olé, olé, oleeé (and the sound of a stadium airhorn!)

We now have a true sportsman on board – a giant goal in the upper right corner.

FRECON welcomes Thomas Sell Sørensen as our new Team Lead CAD!

Thomas is a curious thinker with an eminent helicopter perspective, who continuously challenges himself. He is a mechanical engineer with a background as a metal worker and holds a diploma in management. Oh and he knows a lot right from Plato to The Simpsons – he has even owned a Simpson-store.

Play to the whistle

But that is not all there is to Thomas. He is a born team player who more or less grew up in a sports hall. When he was 5 years old, he started playing football, later handball, then running, gymming and later squash. And as if that is not enough, he once took on the role as handball coach and lead a u10 team to DM gold medals. Cool!

This ability to nourish talent on a team characterizes his work. “Just like in sport it is all about noticing what people are good at and then slowly add to their skills” he explains. As indicated Thomas highly values getting to know his colleagues to ensure they get the proper support when needed.
As the natural team player, he is Thomas focuses on the bigger picture and thrives very well in chaotic environments. “I like when several things happen at the same time. And I often find solutions when bouncing between tasks as this gives great inspiration on how to solve another task.”

Focus on development
Being a curious thinking Thomas lives by a thought who encourage ongoing development “There was a time when people thought everything consisted of four elements, and I bet that a sometime in history we will find out, that everything is different than we thought”.

At FRECON Thomas is already putting his helicopter perspective into play and is getting to know his team. We know him as a pleasant, patient, and calm colleague and we are certain it will continue to be pleasure with him on board.

Welcome Thomas!
