FRECON welcomes Thomas Stie to our team

Thomas is and energetic fellow with a thing for biking, running, skiing, building and association life.

He is a blacksmith, a machine technician and has several leadership courses on his resume. Oh and he also took part in welding the Storebælt Bridge. Pretty cool!

But that is not all there is to Thomas. When he gets home after a day of work, he immediately resumes one (or several) of his many projects. Whether it is remodeling the house, constructing a pergola, building a terrace, or taking part in association activities (like arranging the Grejsdal bike race) Thomas is full of energy.

Ever since I was a kid, I was told that I can’t stay still, and here years later, it still seems to be the case” he laughs.

Thomas has a goal-oriented approach to every activity and project he takes part in and works focused to reach every milestone. Regardless if it is sport, building projects or wellbeing at the workplace, Thomas has one thing in mind: focus on results. He really enjoys pushing himself as he likes the feeling when things succeed.

In general Thomas likes to accomplish stuff and he thrives when he gets to create structure and put things into system. It gives such a nice overview and mental surplus and makes way for the important suff.

It is a passion of mine, to support colleagues on their path for growth. I want them to thrive when they come to work, and I enjoy providing a space for them to express their thoughts

His focus on the wellbeing of others was what made him interested in management and leadership. An interest that he has fed ever since – especially Trust-Based Management.

At FRECON Thomas is already deeply engaged in getting to know his team. We have come to know him as an optimistic, honest, and interested colleague. He has a funky humor and enjoys telling stories from his golden age. We are certain it will continue being a pleasure to work with him.

Welcome Thomas!
