COME ON ZITA! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

That is the inner voice of our new Key Account Manager

FRECON welcomes Zita Louise Videler to our team!

Zita is an ambitious, curious, and goal-oriented people person. She is trained in international trading and marketing, has a background in the wind industry, and in healthcare.

But that is not all there is to Zita. When she gets off from work she never sits still. She enjoys pushing herself to the limit, seeking challenges, and learning new skills – both physically and mentally.

“I like to push myself to the limit and go all in. It does not matter if I am playing board games with my family or doing sports at the gym to name a few. And in the future, it is my goal to do a Mud-race. I think that would be a fun challenge”.

This fighter mentality characterizes Zitas approach to work. She seeks opportunities instead of limitations and is motivated by goal and learnings.

“I have a genuine interest in learning, and I enjoy investigating new topics. I tend to seek explanations until I see the bigger picture.”

Willpower and teamplay

Her willpower and eagerness to challenge herself to grow, made her dare to take the leap and change career path 15 years ago. She went from being a nurse to work with sales of technical solutions applicable in the wind industry.

“What I enjoy the most is to work on projects with a lot of unknow factors for both customer and supplier. That way we must work closely together to create the right solution or concept”.

This demonstrates quite well that Zita is just a big of a team player as she is eager to learn.

She enjoys working in teams and believes that the best results are made collaborating closely with colleagues. This was cemented on her first day at FRECON as she printed a photo list of all colleagues to make sure she got to know them all and was able to identify who worked on which projects.

At FRECON Zita is already immersed in the client portfolio and absorbing knowledge. We know her as a humorous and righteous colleague with a lot of go-getter-attitude and a welcoming personality.

We are certain it will continue to be a pleasure working with her.
