Acceptance at registration to newsletter
When you sign up for our newsletter, you only provide your name, company and e-mail address. We do not register any other information about you in connection with the registration.
After registration, we use your e-mail address to send you newsletters containing information about relevant news from FRECON. The newsletter is sent out approx. 4-6 times a year.
In connection with the release of the newsletter, your e-mail address will be passed on to the supplier that we use in connection with the broadcasting of the newsletters. Pt. we use, for example, ClickDimensions for sending out newsletters.
We record information about your use of the newsletters, including whether the newsletters are opened, how long they are open, when the e-mail/newsletter is deleted and if links are clicked.
The collected information about your use of the newsletters, we use to improve our newsletter so that we can better target and customize the content to you and the other recipients.
Your information is kept and processed confidentially and safely under the legislation of personal data registration.
You may unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe Newsletter” link, which is found at the bottom or top of the newsletters that you receive from us. You can also send us an e-mail with your request. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we will delete your e-mail address in the contact list for receiving the newsletter.
If we have your information from other than registration for the newsletter, for example if you are a customer with us, then you will only be removed from the newsletter list and not our other CRM-system. We can therefore continue to process such information according to the consent or other processing right that we have.
If you have corrections to your contact information, you can change them at any time by either unsubscribing the newsletter and then registering again or by contacting us at email@example.com and let us know about the new information.
